Hotels & Hospitality Payment Processing
Available to hotels and hospitality businesses in all 50 states.
Hotels take payments at the front desk, over the phone, online, and at check-out, often days apart on the same stay. LimnPay sets up processing for independent and franchise properties that handles pre-authorizations, incidentals, and card-not-present bookings, with one point of contact for the whole property.
What hotels and hospitality businesses run into
Pre-authorizations that do not match the final bill
Holds placed at check-in, incremental charges, and the final settlement all need to line up, or guests see confusing charges and disputes follow.
Card-not-present bookings and deposits
Phone and online reservations carry different risk and cost than a card at the desk, and deposits need to be captured correctly to hold up in a dispute.
No-show and cancellation disputes
When a guest disputes a no-show charge, the property needs the right records from the booking to win it.
Multiple properties, multiple statements
Ownership groups often end up with a different processor or statement per property, which makes it hard to see what processing really costs.

Backed by a leadership team with 20+ years in the payments industry.
Front desk terminals and property system integration
Terminals that work with your property management system so authorizations and folios stay in sync.
Card-not-present setup for bookings
Virtual terminal and gateway options for phone and online reservations, deposits, and pre-payments.
Chargeback and dispute support
Help assembling the documentation that wins no-show and incidental disputes.
One program across properties
A single point of contact and consistent setup whether you run one property or a portfolio.
Every pricing option, not one plan
We usually start with dual pricing or a cash discount program. If you are already competitive or do not want to pass fees on to customers, we build an interchange-plus program instead. Many properties are already on competitive lodging pricing and do not want a fee shown to guests, so interchange-plus is common here. We still review dual pricing for on-site outlets like a market or restaurant.
Dual pricing
Your register shows a card price and a cash price, and the customer chooses how to pay.
Cash discount
You post one price, and customers who pay cash get a discount at checkout.
Interchange-plus
You pay the card networks' actual cost plus a fixed markup, itemized on every statement, with no fee shown to customers.
Programs are set up to follow card-brand rules and state law. We quote from your real statement, not a rate sheet.
